Add new URLs for FHSTP

Browse Source
Fachhochschule St. Pölten recently went through a rebranding. The old domain fhstp.ac.at was changed to ustp.at for staff/lecturers and ustp-students.at for students. The old domain is still valid and used for redirection to the new one.

Two study programs that use JetBrains products include:
https://www.ustp.at/en/study-programmes/media-digital-technologies/creative-computing/course-contents
https://www.ustp.at/en/study-programmes/media-digital-technologies/media-technology/course-contents
