Create guts.txt for Gutenbergschule Leipzig

We recently added "Gestalter für immersive Medien" (https://www.ausbildung.de/berufe/gestalter-immersive-medien/) a new apprenticeship. Although it is no fully IT field, the students learn to work with Godot, Unreal and Unity and therefore need educational access to those tools and Jetbrains tools like Rider and Fleets to be able to make Applications in a modern way.

The E-Mail domain seems unrelated, but the official mail info@gutenbergschule-leipzig.de is only used for outside inquires. for Student mail all schools within Saxony now use LernSax and use the mails provided by LernSax for Students.
