Revised a change due to a missunderstanding.

As stated in my first commit, Aust Agder and Vest Agder has been combined into a single county.
All highschool(could also apply for middle and elementary schools as well, but have not looked into it) students in this county is given an email within the domain @agderskolen.no not @elev.agderskolen.no (which was previously in use.)
