Use base domain 'uneatlantico.es'

The 'alumnos.uneatlantico.es' subdomain was registered, and only
students can create educational licenses.

This commint registers the base domaing 'uneatlantico.es' to allow also
the teachers to use this kind of licenses for teacing the subjects.
