Fix: Move file to correct edu.mx domain path

I mistakenly placed this file in the regular path instead of the educational domain structure. This commit relocates it to the proper edu.mx directory to ensure compatibility with JetBrains educational licensing requirements.

Educational institutions in Mexico use the edu.mx TLD, which requires specific file organization to properly validate licensing eligibility.
