It is clear that this organization includes many schools and institutes that depend on technical education and education based on information technology,
so the domain name was modified to include all sub-domains that are subject to the organization.
Other reasons for modification:
1- There are many instances from institutes whose subdomains have already been added here.
2- There are spelling errors and errors in the data related to these institutes.
3- It says in `t3.txt` that this subdomain `t3` refers to the whole organization, which is incorrect because the whole organization is defined in the main domain `moe.edu.eg`.
