6907d95078 Added the University of South Wales 
The University of South Wales is a merger of the University of Glamorgan and the university of newport. As a new student, I have both a me@students.southwales.ac.uk and a me@glam.ac.uk email address so the University of Glamorgan and University of Newport files should not be removed yet (older students probably only have access to one).

* Add magic encoding comment to test_swot.rb, so Ruby knows its UTF-8
* Add assertion for testing a valid email returns a UTF-8 string
* Add Travis CI build status badge to README

218ceaf385 * Refactor #get_institution_name to use #get_domain 
* Define `#get_path` to get file path from domain
  * `#match_academic_domain?` and `#name_from_academic_domain` use `#get_path`
* Strip input `text` within `#get_domain`
* Replace `File.open` with `File.read` in `#name_from_academic_domain`
  * Be more concise
  * Ensure file is closed
* Add Travis CI
