471725b223 Add "medac.es" as a domain. 
MEDAC is a Professional Institute in Spain (https://medac.es).
The domain "alu.medac.es" for students is already added, but teachers use the "medac.es" domain for theirs emails.

529b608644 Use base domain 'uneatlantico.es' 
The 'alumnos.uneatlantico.es' subdomain was registered, and only
students can create educational licenses.

This commint registers the base domaing 'uneatlantico.es' to allow also
the teachers to use this kind of licenses for teacing the subjects.

We previusly only used to give students the licenses, we now have teachers on the TDL, I didnt see a way whitelist only the TLD and the subdomain,
