47a7db888c Revised a change due to a missunderstanding. 
As stated in my first commit, Aust Agder and Vest Agder has been combined into a single county.
All highschool(could also apply for middle and elementary schools as well, but have not looked into it) students in this county is given an email within the domain @agderskolen.no not @elev.agderskolen.no (which was previously in use.)

dc72e3f5d5 Added Tangen domain and updated Agderskolen description. 
The Aust Agder and Vest Agder county in Norway has been combined and is now called Agder.
All highschool studens in this new county are now included in this domain.

Tangen is located in Agder. The tangen domain is exclusivly for the employees of Tangen highschool.
Our students is part of hte Agderskolen domain.
